Diameter 200

HTA-E is now available in diameter 200. This new diameter id dedicated to the drainage of hot effluents for the centralized kitchens (more than 1 000 meals a day).

Installation rules

A professional solution facilitates installation even on occupied sites. Lightweight pipes, easy to handle, simple set tools no fire permit requires, no noisy operations.

  • CUTTING

    Cut the pipe square with a roller pipe-cutter for plastic pipes.

  • CHAMFERING

    The pipe must be trimmed inside and a chamfer must be made on the outside with an adapted tool.

  • CHECKING

    Both pipes and fittings must be clean and dry.

  • CLEANING

    Clean and degreases surfaces from the fittings and the pipes with cleaner+, use a clean cloth.

  • WELDING POLYMER APPLICATION

    Coat the socket first, then the sigot with the welding polymer using the applicator. Always close the pot after use.

  • PUSH STRAIGHT

    Push together immediatly without twisting.
